Keto Creamy Zucchini Blueberry Smoothie

Two glasses of our creamy Zucchini Berry Smoothie with ingredients scattered around

Zucchini, celery, and spinach in a smoothie? We know – it sounds odd. But trust us. They’re entirely undetectable as they add so much nutrition to this gorgeous blueberry smoothie. Let’s do this!

Celery, zucchini, coconut milk, blueberries, spinach, banana, hemp seeds, and cinnamon displayed on a wood platter

Next, add some hemp seeds for healthy fats, amino acids, and protein; cinnamon for blood sugar stabilization and anti-inflammatory benefits; and coconut milk for creaminess and antibacterial benefits.

  • Creamy
  • Naturally sweet
  • (Undetectably) Loaded with vegetables
  • Nutritious
  • Satisfying
  • Customizable
  • & Uber delicious

This would make the perfect quick breakfast or afternoon snack. Add whatever other add-ins you prefer for more nutrition and flavor. I love the addition of cinnamon for antioxidants and spice. And I usually toss in maca for hormone balance and feel-good vibes.
